Overdue Invoices Ltd

Our services

A measured escalation path for money that should already be in your account.

Our experienced team starts with the least disruptive route, then escalates with purpose when a debtor still doesn’t pay.

01

B2B recovery

Credit checks, due diligence and a professional collection contact process. Our current success rate is more than 87%.

02

Legal services

For the claims that need a formal route, we can introduce experienced solicitors with No Win, No Fee options available.

03

High Court Enforcement

For judgments over £600, we can help you understand the route from a court judgment to practical enforcement.

Step one

B2B debt recovery that keeps the emotion out of it.

A stronger first contact

We contact your customer by letter, email, phone and direct messaging, making clear that the account is now being taken seriously.

No Win, No Fee

Our fee is 10% of recovered monies, subject to a £100 + VAT minimum. If no money comes back, there is nothing to pay.

Old or new debts

There is no minimum invoice value. We can pursue commercial debts up to six years old, although newer, well-documented claims are usually easier.

A practical handover

You can start with an invoice and your customer’s contact details. We’ll tell you what else will strengthen the case.

When step one isn’t enough

Escalation that stays proportionate.

Legal services

Our panel of solicitors has experience in dispute resolution and debt recovery. They can pursue the claim formally and seek to recover legal fees and court costs from the defendant where possible. Court fees are payable up front.

High Court Enforcement

If a solicitor has secured a judgment and the debtor still will not pay, a High Court Enforcement officer may be able to act where the CCJ is over £600.

Terms and conditions

We can introduce you to a local solicitor who produces bespoke business terms and conditions, typically for around £600 + VAT.

Prevention is part of recovery

Make late payment harder to start.

Credit management

Invoice the correct legal identity, check creditworthiness and monitor changes in credit score, directors, address, CCJs, winding-up petitions and administration notices.

Credit control as a service

Use a debtor dashboard to see risk status, chase consistently and escalate through Credit Manager UK or Overdue Invoices when the situation calls for it.
