A clear next step

Late payment is a business problem. It shouldn’t become your daily problem.

Protect the relationship

A calm, third-party escalation makes the seriousness clear without making you the bad guy.

Remove the uncertainty

No open-ended solicitor bills. Our first step is No Win, No Fee, with a simple 10% success fee.

Get your focus back

We manage the chasing, so you can spend your time on customers who are moving forward.

Escalate with purpose

If a debtor still doesn’t pay, we can connect you to legal services and High Court Enforcement.

Family-run. Directly accountable.

Overdue Invoices is run by Ian and Samantha, so you deal with real people directly — no call centres, and no being passed around while someone else owns the problem.

See preventative support

A straightforward model

You only pay us after the debtor has paid you.

10% of recovered monies, subject to a £100 + VAT minimum. If we recover nothing, there is nothing to pay.

Make the next move

Procrastination is expensive. A conversation is not.

Send us the invoice and your customer’s contact details. We’ll tell you what we need to start, then take the pressure from there.
